- Change Lead Digital for Moneyou Go. Moneyou GO: a new mobile challenger bank (payments/savings) in the German (DE) & Dutch (NL) market. Strategy: responsible for set-up teamwork in initial DE-commercial discovery phase with extensive DE-market research resulting in a strategy and banking (payment) proposition development for millennials.
- Managed multi-discipline delivery of mobile onboarding and payment services from five Agile tech-teams next to NL & DE security & risk alignment & approvals and delivery from product management, data-platform, operations/kcc and finance set-up for the launch of mobile banking app Moneyou Go in DE & NL with advanced payment features and extraordinary design.
- Responsible for international teamwork in project, phased project-delivery and stakeholder management.
